Nestled in a serene and picturesque garden, this hotel is an ideal location if you want to explore the natural beauty of the Jerte Valley. the hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed our breakfast with a beautiful view of the garden.

The spa could use some improvements, especially with the maintenance of the steam rooms and handrails, as mentioned in some reviews.

Hotel was not particularly clean. Think it only rates 4 stars because of Spa which was Filthy with dirty tiles and floor.

Breakfast got worse each morning until last day when Hot food hadnt been changed or replaced for over an hour. Scrambled eggs were Grey !!!!! Not fit for human consumption. Stale bread and pastries. not recommended

placed within 20 minutes' car ride to banos de montemayor. brilliant base for a city break in valdastillas! we greatly enjoyed balneario valle del jerte. we recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel was ideal – it was close to two beautiful hiking trails and had a lovely outdoor space. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the daily housekeeping service.

Our experience was marred by the amenities. The spa was a huge disappointment – it was rundown and in dire need of repairs.

The location was very good. we stayed for 4 nights.ist 3 nights the hotel was full and breakfast was aceptable, 4th night not many guests and it was terrible.Less than 1/3 of choice and when we asked for something was told not available. Completely let down by last night, also the Spa was filthy with grime around edges of tiles.

We had a great view from our room, and the bed was comfortable with brand new linens. the location was perfect, close to charming shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

The pool was dirty and maintenance was needed. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and freshness, and it was not properly restocked throughout the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay here in this luxurious hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, nestled right in the stunning Jerte valley. We were surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept our room impeccably clean. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities available, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends, as it provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We loved the hotel's prime location right in the Jerte valley, surrounded by a big garden and stunning nature. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel's facilities were well organized and easily accessible, including functional fridges in the rooms. We appreciated the courteous and friendly staff who were always ready to help. Finally, parking was no issue, making transportation a breeze.
